Who we are

Nordlight Trading provides a market research and investment intelligence platform for self-directed investors. Nordlight Trading is operated by Nordlight Trading B.V., registered in The Netherlands, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Data we collect

We collect only the personal data we need to provide and operate the service:

Age requirement

Nordlight Trading is a financial research platform intended for adults. As set out in our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old to use it. The platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
